TEHRAN – President Ahmadinejad has urged rapid implementation of five projects underway in the rail transportation sector, Mehr quoted Hassan Ziari managing director of the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways Organization saying Sunday.

In his meet with deputies of the Roads and Transportation Ministry and some other related officials the President emphasized the need for launching the projects as soon as possible.
Tehran-Mashad express train, Gorgan-Mashad railway, Chabahar-Mashad railway, a railway alongside Tehran-North freeway, and Golestan-Gilan express train are the five projects, Ziari noted
